Make a connection.
Tap an answer in a quiet moment. Type or dictate when you’re ready to produce it yourself.
A little practice. A lot more possibility.
You recognize it. But can you find it when you need it? Lexidex helps make that connection, five quick challenges at a time.
Meet your next fiveSpanish first. Built for the moments in between.
Make the connection
I’m still working.
Todavía estoy trabajando.
todavía → still / yetFive challenges.
Then back to your life.
Waiting for coffee. Between meetings. On the way out.
Make the Spanish you know easier to reach.
01 / The practice
Work on the things that don’t quite come naturally yet. Leave the things you know room to breathe.
Tap an answer in a quiet moment. Type or dictate when you’re ready to produce it yourself.
Get clear feedback, a useful explanation and the Spanish answer. Hear it spoken whenever you want.
Practice returns to what needs attention, with varied sentences and space between encounters.
02 / Your knowledge, in focus
Knowing tengo doesn’t mean you know every form of tener. Your ledger keeps words and forms distinct, with translations and a clear picture of what needs work.
Dedicated word checks let you rate how well you know something, from unfamiliar to automatic.
Spot a word you want to work on? Select it from an answer and add it to your focus list.
| Word / form | Meaning | Your knowledge |
|---|---|---|
| pero | but | Automatic |
| todavía | still / yet | Know it with effort |
| tengo | I have | Know it well |
| hacemos | we do / we make | Don’t know it |
Example ratings. Your assessment and practice evidence stay distinct.
03 / Ready when you are
Download the Spanish pack once. Keep the challenges, word checks and included audio with you—even when your connection disappears.

Then go offline.
Spanish is available in the private preview. More language packs are planned.
A few things to know
People who want the language they’ve encountered to come to mind more easily. If you’ve ever recognized a word instantly but struggled to use it in a conversation, that’s the gap Lexidex is built to work on.
No. Tap answers for silent practice, or type when you want to work on producing an answer yourself. You can also use your iPhone’s keyboard dictation. Listening is always optional.
No. Recognizing an answer is useful progress, but it’s different from producing one. Lexidex keeps practice evidence and your own word ratings separate, so a guess doesn’t become a claim that you know a word.
After downloading the Spanish pack, you can practice, check words, track progress and listen to the included recordings offline. You need a connection to download or update a pack. Keyboard dictation availability depends on your iPhone and language settings.
Spanish is the first pack in the current private preview. More language packs are planned; their release dates and pricing haven’t been announced.
Lexidex is currently in private preview on iPhone. A public App Store release is coming, but there isn’t a launch date yet. This website will be updated when it’s available.
